In either event, a thorough position specification is developed with you that serves as the basis for all recruitment activities. All of our undertakings will be judged against this specification.

- Interviewing and Selection of the prime candidates.
- Written Evaluation of each finalist selected for your review.
- Scheduling Your Meetings with the finalists.
- A Thorough Check of each candidate's references.
- Joint Development of a Compensation Package that will suit both you and the candidate, if you desire.
